Who do you report to, and what are your responsibilities?

You report directly to the Product Manager. You take substantial ownership of our inhouse developed Sportsbook and Aggregator product. You help to drive and execute the business product vision and roadmap, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned with upcoming plans. You establish and track product success metrics to measure performance and outcomes. You conduct market research and build logical, data-driven cases to secure stakeholder buy-in. You actively listen, empathize, and connect with stakeholders' struggles and needs. You keep senior stakeholders informed on key projects, evaluations, and success metrics. You write clear project requirements and collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT leaders from ideation to production release. You assist the sales and corporate department to ensure major feature releases are clearly communicated to the market and public.

Qualifications and experiences

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proven B2B and/or B2C experience in developing or managing a sportsbook and/or aggregator platform, including a full suite of casino products (e.g., live dealer, slots). Strong project management skills, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly preferred.
