Job Description
Client Background: MNC Company Industry : Manufacturing Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title: Plating Engineer Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM 4,000-RM6,000 . Design process and prepare samples for FA and new products. . Prepare and submit FA document. . Audit and monitor production on process control, trigger production to take action if non-compliances were found, and re-audit on corrective action until process compliance. . Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) individually or in teams when found process & quality issue. . Manage all Plating Process Engineering responsibilities, improvements, and innovations . Develop processes and procedures for new product and process improvement, and conduct training sessions with production staff. . PCPF preparation and attend customer audit activities on process design & control. . Provide root cause analysis and solution on quality issue due to process complained by customer. . Lead improvement activities and provide R&D support for new process development and improvement project activities. . Conduct training for production team on process and process control. . Meet requirement for Safety, 5S, Company policy & regulation, and environmental policy implement.
