Senior Production Engineer (Food) based in Selangor Your new company My client is a multinational food manufacturer with a distinguished range of shelf stable and non-shelf stable products. They are looking for talent at the Senior Production Engineer level or aspiring Production Engineers to join them and run overall production operations. Your new role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will: Take care of the shopfloor to ensure smooth day-to-day production activities and plant operations Ensure machine operation parameters follow the company\'s guidelines and standards Resolve minor and major machine breakdowns by troubleshooting and taking appropriate action. Look into improving productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring timely delivery What you\'ll need to succeed Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering At least 3 years\' recent experience in the FMCG industry A strong disciplinarian who is able to influence the shopfloor Proactive, assertive and a problem solver What you\'ll need to do now Click \'apply now\' if you\'re interested in the role.
