Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To oversee production staffs and oversee daily production activities, ensuring production meets targets and deadlines efficiently. To implement 5S standards, improve production line layout, and enhance efficiency through workflow optimization and human-machine collaboration. To lead daily production inspections, minor troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance while managing labor costs, scrap rates, and PPE consumption. To provide skills training to production staffs to ensure manufacturing quality and minimize defect rates. To ensure smooth communication of production instructions and material supply. To promote team leadership & work integration in production department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience as Production roles in Manufacturing sector, experience in Automotive industry would be added advantage. Knowledge in New Production Line setup and Lean Manufacturing.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
