The Senior Production Manager position requires a talented leader to oversee the engineering and manufacturing department, ensuring smooth production processes.

• Oversee daily operations of the engineering and manufacturing department.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Stay up-to-date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions when necessary.

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in production management, preferably with experience in rubber compounding.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge in rubber compounding in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
