• Develops, communicates, and implements plans aligned with organizational goals, covering budgeting, resource planning, goal setting, and time management.
• Responsible for WIP reduction, controlling Aging Work Orders, and managing Scrap reduction by identifying production abnormalities.
• Leads Productivity improvement, sets departmental objectives, and manages teams to meet multisite demand.
• Maintains a linear product rate by reviewing demand, encourages innovation, and provides effective work direction.
• Coaches and mentors team members, collaborates cross-functionally, and works on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drives Kaizen/QCC events, ensures a safe working environment, and aligns activities with organizational requirements.
• Performs other assigned duties.

Skills, Information & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master's degree would be highly advantageous)
• Collaborative problem-solving and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles
• Effective negotiation and prioritization abilities
• 8+ years in Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing and Operations Management
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, PC hardware, and systems
• Experience in high mix/mixed volume manufacturing
• Previous supervisory experience
• Desirable: Cross-functional team management, SMT-related assembly experience, SAP ERP familiarity, 6 Sigma knowledge
