Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Senior Production Operator

to lead and execute key tasks in our GMP-certified production line, including

weighing, mixing, measuring, and filling of raw materials.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production operations and knowledge of GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and oversee weighing, measuring, and mixing of raw materials according to batch manufacturing records (BMR). Ensure correct handling and accurate filling of products based on SOPs. Monitor equipment during production and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area according to GMP guidelines. Verify batch numbers, materials, and equipment calibration before use. Work closely with QC and Production Supervisor to ensure compliance and quality output. Lead and guide junior operators as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in a related field. At least 2 years experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceuticals. Knowledge of batch documentation, GMP, HACCP is a strong advantage. Physically fit and able to lift/move raw materials as required. Team player with strong attention to detail and responsibility.
