Senior Production Planning Manager (semiconductor)

Job Description
- This role is responsible for overseeing the team of Production Control, Materials Control, Warehouse and Logistics personnel.
- KPIs: Factory loading & raw material planning
- Responsible for leading and motivating a team of Production Control, Materials Control, Warehouse and Logistics personnel in creating and executing to Quarterly Production Plan.
- Responsible to publish the Quarterly Production Plan
- To ensure compliance with the Strategic Trade Act and local authorities, in particular Customs Department and other government agencies.
- Responsible for department financial budget.
- Supervise and coordinate with production to meet the plan.
- Responsible for all Equipment capacity modelling, bottleneck analysis and line planning & balancing activities.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in operations management or related studies.
- 15 years of experience in a commercial semiconductor or manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management, Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control and management, warehousing and logistics.
- Fluent in English - strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong experience is Test and/or Probe/Assy
