Job Summary:

• The Production Product Engineer is responsible for sustaining production activities including capacity expansion, yield enhancement, process advancement, quality improvement and cost reduction activities.
• The Production Product Engineer will work closely with the worldwide Operations, Systems and Design team to develop and deploy new product and production solutions.

Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7

• Collaborate with vendors and production engineering team.
• Deploy and debug hardware/software/equipment to support production.
• Develop mass manufacturing capability for new products and volume ramp.\xef\x82\xb7
• Collaborate with worldwide Operations and Systems personnel to release manufacturing solutions into production.
• Lead yield enhancement, product improvement and cost reduction projects.\xef\x82\xb7
• Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.

Qualifications & Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7

• Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.\xef\x82\xb7
• Minimum 7 years of related work experience. \xef\x82\xb7
• Proficiency in C++.\xef\x82\xb7
• Experience with automated test equipment and hardware - tester, handler & probers.
• Experience with product Failure Analysis.\xef\x82\xb7
• Experience in data analysis, yield enhancement, and product/process improvement.
• Experience with production environment and manufacturing process flow. \xef\x82\xb7
• Experience with worldwide production is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills.\xef\x82\xb7
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Hands-on familiarity with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, frequency counters, etc. \xef\x82\xb7
• Experience with Eagle Test System, Teradyne uFlex, TSK probers, rotary and pick and place handlers. \xef\x82\xb7
• Experience with Matlab, JMP and MySQ.
