Job Role: Senior / Program Controller Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and to work seamlessly with Operations team to ensure smooth execution of program activities. Flow down of program scope and/or change of scope to internal team. Ensure that all program activities are on schedule, within quality, scope and budget. Support Program Manager on monthly and quarterly program cost performance review. Define sub-projects scope within a program and develop detailed plan to monitor and track progress. Manager external and internal changes to the program scope, and to develop detailed project costs with Commercial team. Support Program Manager in risk and opportunity management. Maintain good relationships and close communication all program stakeholders and customers. Maintain project and program tracking documentation and reporting. Report to Program Manager. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree or post-graduate degree in the fields of business administration, science, engineering, science, engineering, finance, or supply chain management from a recognized University. Able to coordinate and lead a multi-disciplinary team, good at scheduling and multitasking. Proven working experience in project / program management, past experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing or MRO sector, and PMI qualification would be an added advantage. Strong customer focus couple with good interpersonal skills. Excellent with customer and internal communication skills in English. Possess critical and analytical thinking skills, and attentive to details. Willingness to engage in non-standard working hours call with overseas\' customers due to different time zone. Good mobility to travel locally within Malaysia and Overseas. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Project SAP and ERP system knowledge is a plus.
