- Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align project goals and expectations.
- Resolve issues related to design, production, or delivery during program execution.
- Track and report on program progress to senior management.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
