Open Position: Senior Program Manager (MNC Manufacturing Company)
An MNC manufacturing company is looking for Senior Program Manager to join the team and be based in the Perak manufacturing plant.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Lead new product introduction from research and development to production release stage, product and team management, ensuring transfer goals are met.
- On time delivery, product cost, process lead time improvement and inventory management will be part of the responsibilities.
- Engagement with factory to drive continuous improvement programs to meet lean and cost efficiency on new programs.
- Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ability to manage programs or projects.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to Malaysians only.
