About the role

As a Project/Program personnel within manufacturing technology development team, the individual is required to manage project deliverables of manufacturing test equipment development and governance of delivery through direct liaison with internal and external cross functional team. He or she is responsible in facilitating all communications between different organization within and outside Dyson on the project progress, test qualification status, delivery, bottlenecks, and risk mitigation.

Additionally, the individual is required to work closely with manufacturing technical leads within MTD team for problem analysis related to test and change of any specification related to product or test equipment. He or she is required to organize all cross functional meetings locally and internationally to synchronize all required deliverables in getting a manufacturing test equipment ready for production to support engineering build and start of volume production.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage projects/programs category portfolio end to end.

Manage project plan, dependencies, and risk assessment.

Manage and provide project capex estimation to stakeholders (ME & Ops).

Work closely with operation planning team on project dateline and revisions.

Ensuring project due diligence such as Dft, DfM, NUDD processes are carryout effectively prior to test system development.

Work with RDD on golden samples for test integration & qualification, product software readiness, product and tester troubleshooting guidelines, gerber files and ETF process execution.

Manage test supplier\'s development plan, mock-up test, qualification, and deployment.

Drive engineering deliverables with great sense of urgency for any productivity issues related to the test and measurement system with the support of the respective functional teams internally and externally.

Audit CM\'s periodically on how test system is being managed at CM factory.

Conduct weekly meetings with CM on tester yield performance.

Support production ramp plan and provisioning test solution to cope with new demands.

Conduct weekly global meeting with key stakeholders (RDD, Mfg Test, EPM\'s) on action list and deliverables.

Ensure supplier selection scoring (TQRDC) process are carried out effectively before test suppliers are finalized for development task.

Ensure weekly project reporting are done in confluence page by clearly indicating RAG status and risk level.

Highlight/escalate project risk to line manager and relevant cross functional.

Reviewing supplier technical proposal (RFP) and project plan in term of long lead time equipment.

Organize and manage suppliers weekly technical meetings with key stakeholders.

Ensure SAT, FAT, GR&R processes are carried out before test equipment is finalized for delivery and commissioning at CM factory.

Conduct test yield analysis with technical lead to improve productivity throughput.

About you

Experience in test and measurement solution, project management skills, good planning structure, cost analysis and good communication skills.

Good understanding and familiarity of relevant technologies of test equipment\'s and measurement instruments used in the design and development of a manufacturing test solution.
