• This is a senior level position for the project coordinator. The coordinator is in part of a multi-disciplined design team in the product realization process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the R&D program/ project manager to track project team\'s adherence to deadlines and other metrics.
• Participate in R&D program/ project meetings.
• Update and maintain schedule for development program/ project.
• Responsible for tracking program/ project changes and publishing updated schedule as agreed with program/ project management.
• Coordinate R&D program/ project meetings, and prepare and edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
• Coordinate the interfaces between R&D disciplines and with Manufacturing, Procurement, and NPI teams that may be globally dispersed.
• Compile and manage project/ program documents, e.g. product plans, mechanical drawings, bills of material, purchase requisitions, and submit or archive them according to the department policies.
• Coordinate the submission of purchase requisitions, and track progress and proper closure of purchase orders.
• Coordinate availability of project materials with vendors in order to enable successful program/ project prototype builds.
• Able to mentor other project coordinators.
• Write Work Instructions on the processes related to project coordination.
• Lead the ECO process.
• Improve productivity of business processes.
• Architect business processes related to project coordination.
• Muti-task on different projects at the same time.
• Well versed in ERP & PLM systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in R&D or product generation environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
• Possess a high level of integrity and enjoy working with entrepreneurial teams in a rapidly growing organization.
