Job Description

Responsibilities:

To cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

To collect/ review/ and record project information such as LOA/BQ/Drawing etc.

To create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the projects

Familiar with project deliverables

Familiar with the technical matters / local authorities' requirement

To liase with relevant stakeholders

To communicate with project site representative and update the progress

To participate and liaise with project coordinator for budgeting requirement

To prepare requisition/review scope/description/ requirement

To communicate with Tender and Procurement Department on the status of requisition

To prepare and update material and delivery status

To prepare and compile work method of statement

To communicate and cooperate with QAQC Engineer in preparing Project Quality Plan

To communicate with specialist/vendor/ subcontractor/ main contractor

To prepare and compile site progress reports

To record relevant document and to update and record communication into summary logs

To communicate with HSE Office related to the safety requirement

To assist HSE Officer by providing relevant information (method statement)

To review risk identification and risk assessment

To update status of project deliverables

To lead project as required

Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

Possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent

At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field

Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels

Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making

Willing to relocate and/or do site visitation

Possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
