Job Responsibilities

1. Assist Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at project sites.

2. Plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractors' activities at project sites.

3. Prepare project claims and attend site meetings to monitor project progress and ensure schedule, budget and requirements are being met.

4. Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, method statements etc.

5. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such are to conform to specifications.

6. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.

7. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

8. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.

9. Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent fields.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working experience in the industry or relevant field is a plus.

3. Required skill(s): Auto-cad, MS Office, etc.

4. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

5. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.

6. Willingness to travel locally if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
