Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support project implementation and technical requirements. Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and sample preparations for new products or process improvements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and engineering drawings. Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in product/project engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and hands-on technical skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Can read engineering drawing Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD software is an added advantage. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with suppliers and stakeholders.
