ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare project schedule and subsequent monitoring & control.
- Prepare project costing & financial requirement and subsequent monitoring & control.
- Prepare project submission requirement i.e. shop drawing, MSA, MST, ITP, Sample Board, etc.
- Prepare progress claim and follow up for approval.
- Prepare documentations and costing for VO.
- Document control of project related documents i.e. Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings etc.
- Project quality control and documentations.
- Liaise with consultant on engineering changes and subsequent distribution and control of information to site supervisors/project manager.
- Prepare and submit monthly site progress report.
- Any other task assigned by superior.
- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Fire protection system: 4 years (Preferred)
