Job Highlights Fast Career Growth Great Teamwork & Support Continuous Learning & Development Responsibilities may include as below but not limited to the following: To manage Mechanical & Electrical works and coordinate with Clients representatives, Consultants and Sub-Contractors on technical matters. Plan, coordinate, and compile engineering design work with Client/Consultant/Sub-Contractor. Ensure Sub-Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s works are fully in accordance with Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s drawings and Supplier specifications. Attend all scheduled projects and site meetings, including ad-hoc meetings from time to time and resolve instant site problems and provide clarification to Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s drawings. Liaise with Purchaser for procurement process including RFQ, PR, PO tracking to meet project timeline. Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Develop project schedules in compliance with Client requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly. Ensure the material to be onsite as per target date. Prepare site progress report as per project requirement. Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work. Prepare RFI and submittal submission to the respective parties and ensure the approval on time. Lead, mentor and coordinate Site Supervisors and Sub-Contractors. Act as QA/QC person in charge to ensure and maintain good quality control in every aspect of the project by involve in Inspection Test Plan development, QA/QC documentation work and site inspection. Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement. Carry out any other job tasks/assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or Direct Superior. Qualifications & Requirement Applicants must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Control/Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Min. 3-5 years working experience in the construction industry. Preferable to have fire protection system, electrical system, air-conditioning system and process utility system knowledge; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Working experience in industrial construction projects is an advantage. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment and work well in a team. Able to work independently with minimum supervision & collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective. Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
