LOCATION: Bandar Enstek, NilaiREPORTS TO: Manager, Project Engineering, PureCircleDIRECT REPORTS: NoneWORKPLACE TYPE: On-siteThe Senior Project Engineer will be responsible to manage the new CAPEX Projects as well as to support in the implementation, improvement & extension in the plant operations. It is also the responsibility of this position to manage the project to ensure alignment to the company policies and guidelines as well as regulatory requirements.As Senior Project Engineer, the responsibilities include:Managing all CAPEX Project and budget of the plants aligned to the business needs and directions:

• Reviews and analyzes capex proposals (documentation, bidding, etc.)
• Recommends capex proposal for next level approval.
• Manages capex project with implementation, monitoring, cost, tracking and reporting
• Manage and handle all relevant documents and permits required for delivery/ installation and tax exemption (if applicable)
• Liaising with Finance Department for payments to suppliers, contractors and consultants. Monitor the progress payment and update accordingly
• Evaluates projects for acceptance FAT & SAT, overall completion, training & hand-over.

Plant extension & Implementation improvement:

• Lead in continuous improvement, recommend and development innovation for extension plant operations to support production & maintenance and other function.
• Determine the plant capability to produced new innovated products.
• Analysis on completion project to identify any issue on operation and implement improvement to align to the business needs.
• Manages identification on cost estimation and compilation of information for feasibility study of new potential projects

Managing suppliers & contractors for CAPEX Project:

• Establishes suppliers & contractors accreditation to ensure compliance to all Company and regulatory requirements including EHS.
• Establish contractor\xe2\x80\x99s accreditation through contract management. (Purchase & Sale Agreement)
• Review the terms and condition with contract agreement\xe2\x80\x99s and issue PR & PO according to job.
• Manage contractors\xe2\x80\x99 compliance through regular evaluation/compliance audit
• Manages & support with other function to commissioning any brown or green filed project.

You are well suited for the role is you have:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
• Experience in Project Engineering in manufacturing environment
• 3 to 5 years managing Green field or Brown field project OR large CAPEX projects
• Experience in Food Manufacturing/ FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in the work location
