Job Description
Quantity surveyors have under their helm complete management of the cost involved in building and construction projects from the inception of the project until the delivery. They strive for an efficient use of the resources whilst keeping an eye on quality, quality standards, and client\'s requirements.
UBF Maintenance Sdn Bhd (UBFM) was incorporated in 1995 and stands over 5 acres in Teluk Kalong Industrial Area of Kemaman, Terengganu and further setting up a branch office at Melaka in 2007 and Pengerang, Johor in 2018. The company\xe2\x80\x99s work force is constantly trained to undertake tasks in the field of mechanical engineering specialized in construction and maintenance. We are particularly focused on the upstream and downstream activities of the activities of the petroleum industry. Our objective is to operate in a safe working environment with supervisors motivating their teams on to be highly productive, cost effective and efficient. The company strives to incorporate high safety features and measures, stringent quality control, modern technology and skilled personnel.
