Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage Operations & Maintenance activities of Projects according to contracts agreement . Oversee administration, finance, procurement, IT, safety, and quality functions, while maintaining strong leadership to manage company's business with highest integrity & deliverables to meet customer satisfaction. Verify technical documents, inspections, work orders, and asset registers, ensuring all maintenance works (PPM, RI, CM) are completed as scheduled. Guide staffs in safe operations, and enforce health, safety, and environmental best practices. Manage contractors and vendors according to contracts, and subcontract jobs at various sites and ensure contractors deliver quality jobs with safety compliance Prepare, review, and submit reports, proposals, and budgets to meet KPI and corporate deadlines. Support corporate projects in the East Coast region and ensure continuous improvement through feedback systems and performance monitoring.
Requirements
:Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Background in Operations & Maintenance within Hotels, Industrial Plants, Hospitals, or equivalent facilities. Strong leadership, contractor/vendor management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, with good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, and willing to travel.
