[ n Your Job PRIMARY PURPOSE:t To provide cross-functional leadership and bridge project management, execution, control, and monitoring between the Plant and Development team. This role will support Business Unit objectives to achieve year-over-year growth through new product development and facilitate a smooth transition from product conceptualization to production. Our Team SCOPE:t Bridge between Global Product Management , Development & Manufacturing Team(s). This position requires consistent contact and communication with relevant stakeholders . This person shall have accountability on Plant project/portfolio management The person shall have responsibility to aid project/portfolio commercialization by improving & accelerating project realization through PDP. Primary portfolio will be Power Solutions under Consumer and Commercial What You Will Do Responsibilities Plant PJM\': Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in New Product Development, modifications, and selected capacity additions. Monitor overall project schedule, define the critical path, hold team members accountable for meeting agreed-upon deadlines. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while performing risk assessments and mitigation planning. Own project reporting and communication to both management and customers. Lead and mentor team members in project management principles and PDP processes. Proactively demonstrate initiative and urgency in a fast-paced development environment. Responsibilities u2018DC_PJM\': Transform fuzzy data into a clear executable Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), aligning with multiple Molex Global sites. Develop and deliver tooling strategies in conjunction with Plant Project / Manufacturing Integration Engineer (MIE) to achieve project KPIs. Facilitate critical project milestone reviews and decision-making to mitigate project risks. Serve as a bridge between Global Product Management & Development / Manufacturing Teams. Hybrid Responsibilities: Collaborate with Global Product Managers and Engineering teams to design and qualify products. Work with manufacturing teams to qualify tools and deliver the required part/solution. Maintain consistent contact and communication with all levels of relevant stakeholders. Ensure governance/compliance with customersu2019 requirements throughout the product development process Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) EDUCATION: REQUIRED: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Engineering Equivalent area of study PREFERRED: Project Management Professional (PMP) Knowledge / Certification would be an advantage WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: 3 5+ years experience Project / Engineering role with knowledge in scope/schedule/cost/risk management PREFERRED: Involved in New Product Development Conceptualization to production Manufacturing knowledge / exposure will be an advantage ( eg. Stamping/Molding/Automation etc) What Will Put You Ahead REQUIRED:t Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload. Communication : Effective written and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas and exchange information clearly and concisely. Interpersonal skills to effectively work with all level of stakeholders Above average communication skills that demonstrate the ability to prepare and deliver concise and effective presentations to customers and Molex personnel Comfortable with processes such as change orders, site design, project design, and explanation of cost estimates Demonstrated collaboration and critical thinking skills alongside dedication to continuous improvement Demonstrated strong work ethic and attention to detail Interpret specifications and project plans to organize, estimate, and schedule project efforts PREFERRED:t Office 365 , MS Project , Data& Analytics , Enterprise Tools ( eg .Team Center/Polarion etc.. ) IATF 16949 Knowledge / Experience The above information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed in this position.
