The Senior Project Engineer will manage and oversee complex substation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. This role requires expertise in digital substation automation system, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and technical solutions.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project challenges.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:

• A degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in substation automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Preferably candidate who is familiar with PACis/EPAS.
