Position: Senior Project Engineer or Assistant project managerIndustry: Water / Wastewater Treatment PlantWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (with option to extend based on performance)Working Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang.Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1800) and Saturday (0800 to 1200) (Occasional subject to site workload) - Extended hours might be required but that is subject to site condition. In event that is extend hour, he could report later for work on the same/following day.Max working hours per week: 55 hours (Excluding break)OT: Not applicable but replacement in off-in-lieuSalary: Basic range from RM8,000 - RM12,000 (Based on qualifications + experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverageJob Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering Technology
• Good English language skills required
• 5 -10 years of similar project engineer hands-on experience in water treatment industry (Preferred) else mechanical construction experience
• Good teamwork spirit
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Construction experience in mechanical piping works
• Client facing role

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site construction and commissioning activities.
• Attend daily toolbox and site meetings
• Ensure that site construction and commissioning and reporting guideline are being followed and are accurate.
• Manage the compilation of commissioning SATs.
• Manage customer relationships for all construction and commissioning activities.
• Manage the compilation of the certification plant and its prerequisites.
• Prepare project daily reports, issues and progress and present to client on construction progress
• Support the timely commissioning, SCADA / ICS and required testing completion of all projects.
• Drive and complete punch list prior to construction and commissioning completion.
• During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality.
• Monitor site progress and safety and feedback to management team
