Senior Project Executive (Construction) Role A leading MNC Real Estate Developer is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Executive to join our Development team to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Lead the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects. \xc2\xb7 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. \xc2\xb7 Ensure projects adhere to regulatory and safety standards. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with main and subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to allocate and manage resources efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Monitor project budgets and control project expenditures. \xc2\xb7 Identify and address cost overruns and deviations from the budget. \xc2\xb7 Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular project updates and reports on progress. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate project documentation and records. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and present project reports to senior management. JOB REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Project Managment in the construction industry. \xc2\xb7 2 to 3 years in-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in project management software and tools. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
