Job Description

In your new role you will: Plan, organize and control the project/subprojects with marginal complexity (project classification class E), risk, impact and reach. Manages a small project team with members from multi functional groups. Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function. Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone. Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget) Be the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc). Form and lead the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. Use IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation. Drive problem solving activities within the project using standard Ifx trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys, etc. Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges. Monitor changes against original project goals and seeks advice/approval for adapting plans. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters / Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc) Project Management Professional Certification, preferred. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Additional experience in working on projects (not necessarily as PJM). basic project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation. Basic knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation. Good communication skills. Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
