Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple web and mobile application projects, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. The role requires overseeing planning, execution, coordination, and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. It also involves managing multi-release delivery, driving cross-department collaboration, and aligning project execution with the enterprise architecture roadmap. Success in this position demands a seasoned leader with strong technical understanding, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must Have Skills

End-to-end IT Project Delivery (Web/Mobile Applications)- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent IT application projects from initiation to implementation within scope, budget, and timeline. Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban)- Hands-on experience managing agile projects with Scrum or hybrid frameworks; must be Certified Scrum Master or PMP Stakeholder Management & Communication - Ability to engage senior management, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders effectively to drive outcomes Budgeting, Planning & Resource Management - Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams Vendor & Partner Management - Proven experience working with third-party vendors, outsourcing partners, and service providers for solution delivery Risk, Issue & Dependency Management - Strong ability to identify, track, mitigate, and escalate risks to ensure timely project completion API / Microservices / Containerization Understanding - Familiarity with projects involving modern architecture and integration patterns Web / Mobile Technologies (Java, AngularJS, VueJS, Cordova)- Exposure to digital transformation or customer-facing platforms using web and mobile frameworks Analytics & Monitoring Tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, Dynatrace) - Experience with tools for performance monitoring and digital engagement analytics IT Security & Audit Compliance (OWASP, CMMI) - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance during project delivery Project Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) - Skilled in using PM and collaboration tools for tracking, reporting, and managing project deliverables Leadership & Team Management - Ability to manage direct and matrixed teams, mediate conflicts, and foster collaboration Multi-country Project Experience - Experience leading regional or multi-country web/mobile initiatives Communication & Presentation Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at reporting to senior leadership Regulatory Awareness & Risk Management - Understanding of compliance and risk management practices in Banking/Insurance domains Certifications - Certified PMP and/or Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
