:Location: PenangNI is making significant investments to become the market leading provider of holistic test solutions for the ADAS and VSE (Vehicle SW and Electronics) market. As a Senior Project Manager within the Customer Centric Solutions (CCS) group, you\'ll play a crucial role in supporting our APAC customers as they navigate the rapid advancements in autonomous driving and vehicle electrification.The CCS group is responsible for developing and delivering turn-key solutions for NI\'s automotive customers. As a Senior Project Manager, you\'ll have the opportunity to engage with critical business prospects across multiple countries. Your focus will be on capturing significant opportunities in areas such as ADAS, vehicle software, and hardware testing. This role is highly visible within NI, requiring close collaboration with NI customers, partners, internal Sales, Business Development, engineering teams, and management.Core Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and manage customer expectations regarding project deliverables and outcomes through regular project communication.
• Be accountable for project success, KPIs, and adherence to NI processes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, stakeholders, and escalations.
• Understand the business case, collect and analyze requirements, and drive Statement of Work (SOW) development and the project approval process.
• Effectively communicate project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to stakeholders. including, but not limited to, senior executive management.
• Ensure efficient and timely collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Compliance, Operations, Partner Managers, and other teams.
• Collaborate closely with Business Planner, Sales, FAE, and BDM to align goals, strategy, and customer-facing communication from project engagement through delivery.
• Align work to be outsourced and effectively manage vendors and partners.
• Advocate for customers\' needs internally and provide feedback to the NI business team.
• Offer account insights to Sales and enable repetitive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math).
• 5+ years\' experience in Technical Project Management of product, system, or solution development.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence.
• Solid understanding of business concepts such as pricing, costs, margins, terms and conditions preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus.
• Preferably with a background in the automotive industry and hands-on experience in testing project development.
• Preferably with experience in working with remote teams to support customers in China, Japan, Korea, or India.
