• Oversee Central Team and manage staff on day-to-day activities.
• Develop and track pipeline of projects.
• Manage the Central Team resourcing to meet pipeline.
• Ensure on time and quality of output for centralised team.
• Manage escalations from Citi stakeholders or Centralised team and implement solutions.
• Chair key client meetings for high profile projects.
• Chair and present programme level reporting meetings with the Client's Regional Teams.
• Aligning closely with the internal team in ensuring a consistent regional approach to project delivery and procurement processes and procedures.
• Train new team members inc. local team on process.
• Identify efficiency issues in team and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experienced Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and programme management professional with 10 years plus of international experience working with MNCs.
• With a deep expertise in area of specialism and a leading technical Subject Matter Expert, is accountable for the project delivery program being appropriately managed and services delivered in line with CS strategy balancing performance, cost and risk mitigation. Understanding data and its use will be key.
• Strong level of business awareness, contractual/financial / budget management expertise and team management.
• Strong understanding of Project Governance and Corporate Reporting standards.
• Proven track record of delivering Corporate Real Estate projects.
• Proven ability to manage a large range of stakeholders, external consultants and senior management.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience and knowledge in non-assigned working environments.
• Ability to operate in a fast moving, dynamic often non-standard environment. Able to work autonomously
