About the Role
We are looking for an autonomous Senior Project / Service Delivery Manager in our fast-growing Customer Success Team.
Reporting to our remote Client Operations Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be the pivotal contact in ensuring that we continuously deliver on our commitments to customers by acting as a combination of Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager, working with our consulting teams and a diverse selection of international and local clients with a primary focus on Malaysian based customers.
We are looking for pioneers in Kuala Lumpur to help us to grow our footprint in Malaysia.
Senior Project Managers are passionate and focused on the Customer Experience. They translate cyber security technical language to client friendly language able to be consumed by managers and senior executives. They are detail oriented with the ability to lift their focus and drive schedules, budgets and delivery for our diverse client base.
This is primarily an on-site role with one of our strategic clients in KL, Malaysia.
Responsibilities

  • Ensure the continuous delivery of security value to our customers.
  • Project Management: manage engagements from delivery to service introduction, including managing resources, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, budgets, and reporting.
  • Service Management: manage recurring activities from managed accounts including service demand, deliverables, resource allocation, risks/ issues and reporting.
  • Collaborate with consultants to identify ways to continuously improve the Customer Experience and Satisfaction.
  • Be proactive in recommending and enacting change throughout the company.
  • Bring a positive and growth mindset to Theos.

Requirements
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong Project and Service Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Willingness to get out of the comfort zone
  • Excitement about working in an early-stage business venture
  • Relevant Certifications are a plus (PMP, Prince, A-CSPO, ITIL)
  • Preferred: 5 to 10 years of experience
