We are looking for : Project Manager (Facilities Management) Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang The Project Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract. To provide comprehensive Project management with a focus on continuous improvement and standardization. To achieve Best practices across the ASEAN countries. Develop SOPs and create standardization across the region. Ensure the region meets the SLA\'s and KPIs established by the Client and the Regional Operations Director and/or sub regional Account Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with client required SOW\'s for Project Management, Procurement and Critical Environment. Procurement and Vendor Management Manage the vendor procurement and management practices of the client accounts and ensure renegotiation and tendering, including tender documentation evaluation of tenders and preparation of contracts in accordance to procurement guidelines. Benchmark services across properties within the country as well as across the region. Administer the virtual approval process for contract execution. Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program. Project Management Implement a comprehensive management program for seamless execution from commencement through to completion, in compliance with client\'s standard and other prevailing standards, within defined schedule and budget. Develop Scope of Work and implement the work procedures including performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems. Regional consistency will be of importance. Implement continuous quality improvement practices, ensuring initiatives are adhered to maximize the benefits to client accounts, and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance. Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of Oneview and that all staff have adequate familiarity with the systems as well as the policies. Ensure all Financial Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Risk Management Implement risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Ensure data integrity of all information and comply with the audit process from time to time. Assist in the development of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect client and Appraisal Property Management reputations. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plan and ensure implemented and maintained. Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting including advice to client, account teams, Regional Managers and insurance company. Profitability/ Savings Initiatives Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement. Customer Service / Client Relationships Evaluate service response time and analyze clients\' service request trends and suggestions. Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user. Pro-actively develop and manage client and business unit relationships ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved. Lead by example and groom the team in achieving maximum client satisfaction level. Reporting Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across the region in the development of monthly management reports. Review monthly financial reports including the preparation of accruals and variance analysis with FMs and Regional Managers (as required). Assist in the budgeting and recommit process including reviews with Regional Managers as required. Administer the OneView website and ensure that all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated. Training Ensure the team is well trained on all project management policies, procedures and clients\' business operations. Work closely with the JLL team to devise new and innovative methods of learning built around skill development, leadership and succession planning. Leadership and Staff Management Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence. Coach the team ensuring high staff morale, trust and work ethics. Sound like you To apply, you need to be: Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, with 5 - 8 years\' experience in managing Facilities Engineering and General projects in Semiconductor. Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical environment and facilities, and vendor management are also required for this role. In-depth technical knowledge in Testing and Commissioning, Quality Control, Engineering Design principles, facilities system operational philosophy, would be an added advantage.
