This role will oversee full project lifecycles, enforce governance standards, and work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. The individual will also provide leadership and guidance to junior project managers within the infrastructure delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to junior project managers and delivery teams.
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance, and compliance processes.
Engage and coordinate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical outcomes.
Manage vendor relationships, contract scope, and technical delivery dependencies.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
Prepare project proposals, status reports, and updates for senior management.
Drive post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment with IT risk, audit, procurement, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years
leading IT Infrastructure projects (network, server, storage, database, or hybrid cloud).
PMP / PRINCE2 certification
is
mandatory

Proven experience in
strategic planning
, resource management, and multi-phase delivery.
Strong
stakeholder and vendor management
experience within large enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of
enterprise infrastructure architecture
and integration practices.
Experience delivering initiatives in
cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments

Strong discipline in

Demonstrated ability to

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with
ITIL / ITSM
