Job Responsibilities:

• To be primary focal contract holder and oversee and manage projects secured by BVM BD under EPCM/PMC/PMA models of delivery into operational phase for BVM.
• To be primary focal person on for stakeholders of all Projects/Program portfolio under sales pipelines and also sales realised to be assigned necessary resourcing support.
• To be primary focal person for ensuring all Projects/Program portfolio in BVM CIF are executed with industry best practices.
• Primary point of contact for stakeholders on projects under BVM providing an always open escalation path for issues the project managers cannot resolve on their own.
• Primary coordinator for all aspects of a project services afforded to a client, from idea inception to delivery of asset.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes, facilitating project team meetings along the way to ensure performance, progress, and to address problems that arise.
• Capture and isolate issues that might come up include delays in resource procurement, sudden personnel shifts, or interpersonal conflicts.
• To be responsible and accountable with program management and other PMO duties.
• To be champions of learning, process improvement, and project management within BVM portfolio.
• Direct support for projects needing critical support
• Setting suitable and achievable KPI\'s for all PMO staff.
• Training and mentoring junior PMO staff.

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering with Masters in any specialisation. MBA would be advantageous
• Registered member with IEM/BEM/IMechE/IStructE/IEEE/CEng would be advantageous.
• Min 25 Years Project Management or Portfolio management experience, Owner\'s Capex Development Management.
• Experience in the Process Safety and Construction Safety requirements and application to operating assets.

• Knowledge in Industry technical and project management standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and Change Management skills.
• Well versed with applicable codes and standards e.g.: ASME, AWS, API, MS-EN and ISO 9001/14001 and ISO 41001:2018 Facility management
• Strong team leader with strong engagement skills
• PMI-ACP/PMBOK Certification advantageous
