We are looking for someone with:

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or any other related disciplines.

Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP) is desirable

At least 5 years of experience in project management

Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Demonstrates skill, and strong interpersonal skills for the role across the project

Strong working knowledge and experience of area of practice and suggest options to leadership based on current project obstacles and objectives

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Sense of urgency, attention to details, meticulous & able to multi-tasked.

Committed, able to work independently and reliable

Good verbal and written communication, able to effectively articulate vision, possibilities, and outcomes

Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan and meet deadlines

Analytical mind and creative mind in delivering out of the box solution

Customer focus, and excellent problem-solving skills

Good understanding in industry trend and up to date in recent regulatory requirement

On the job you will:

Responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders

Develop analysis to support process and project improvements

Manage and coordinate business and technical projects from initiation to closure

Works with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects

Review & facilitate the completion of business case and ensure its relevancy and meet the intended business outcomes

Ensure the assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting business objectives

Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks that impede successful project delivery

Provide effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management

Identify resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, goals with team members, and manages project resource tracking

Ability to multi-task and assume other roles e.g. test management, change management etc
