We are looking for someone with:

University degree in any discipline

At least 5-10 years of working experience, preferably deep knowledge of Insurance Operational

Understanding of the local business, key processes and risks: big picture view and on the ground knowledge preferred. Needs to engage other stakeholders as needed.

Strong detail orientation

Demonstrates skill, and strong interpersonal skills for the role across the project.

On the job you will:

Responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders

developing analysis to support process and project improvements.

Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation

Works with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects

Review the business case and ensure its relevancy and meet the intended business outcomes

Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting business objectives

Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks that impede successful project delivery

Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management

Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, goals with team members, and manages project resource tracking

Ability to multi-task and assume other roles e.g. test management, change management etc
