What you'll bring to the team:
Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring each aligns with Merlin's business objectives,
strategic vision, and operational goals.
Collaborate closely with the Project Director to define project goals, provide progress updates, and
present risk assessments and strategic insights.
Act as the primary point of contact for key vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless
project execution and alignment.
Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks early, implementing mitigation strategies, and
ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
Provide expert budget guidance to enable accurate financial planning for new and existing projects
across the region.
Ensure consistent application of Merlin's standards, driving operational excellence and maintaining brand
integrity.
Coordinate closely with Operations and Regional Teams to facilitate smooth project handovers and
integrate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experienced in engaging stakeholders globally, including executives, regional teams, and external
partners.
Proven track record delivering large-scale projects across multiple regions, managing end-to-end
processes from concept and budgeting to execution and evaluation.
Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in development projects.
Competency in relevant tools and software for project management, budge?ng, and data analysis,
allowing for effective oversight of project performance and financial health.
Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management within project contexts, ensuring all
projects adhere to legal, safety, and sustainability standards. Benefits:
