As the Senior Project Manager at Staynex, you will hold a pivotal position within our dynamic organization. You will be at the forefront of leading engineering teams, shaping projects, and ensuring the successful application of blockchain technology in the travel and real estate industry. Your role will encompass technical leadership, project management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: You will provide expert technical guidance and direction to our engineering teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and adhere to our high-quality standards. Your leadership will drive innovation and excellence in our solutions.
• Project Management: Collaboration with stakeholders is central to this role. You will work closely with diverse teams to define project scope, objectives, and priorities. Your strategic mindset will help create comprehensive roadmaps and sprint plans, while your project management skills will keep projects on track.
• Team Development: Nurturing talent is essential. You\'ll have the opportunity to mentor and guide our engineers, facilitating skill enhancement, cross-collaboration, and professional growth. Your leadership will foster a culture of collective ownership, continuous delivery, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of technical experience, with at least 5 years in a team lead or project management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies

Preferred Experience

• Experience with agile methodologies and a track record of successful project management using agile practices.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
