In your new role you will: Accountable for execution of big scale regional project Manage test technology project of different complexity classes (including project schedule planning, project budget, headcount, expenses and invest) and execute according to Infineon project management systematic Responsible for operational decisions in the project and for driving the milestone decisions at the project approval body Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions, e. g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc. Delivers project success in timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics/Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology) or other any other relevant engineering discpline. Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industry experience, and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure Project Management knowledge and skills, with more than 6 years experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in international environment, and preferably with IPMA certification Technical knowledge and experience with electronic products and processes along product life circle experience with electronics industry manufacturing equipment Willing to travel regionally on needs basis Proficiency in English is necessary for communication with stakeholders in the region High degree of analytical and problem solving skill to solve new / complex situations Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
