As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Service Automation Platforms & Transformation team to lead large-scale change and transformation projects in the IT Service Management area across the group.


This role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders and users effectively as well as technical knowledge to manage all workstreams. You will join us on a journey to simplify and modernize our Service Management Platforms and drive transformation.

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities include:


Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects in the Service Management space, largely focused on ServiceNow tooling. Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead and manage technical delivery including the end-to-end delivery process of Discovery, Requirements, Solution Design, Development, RTP and Documentation. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to all stakeholders. Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns and ensure user satisfaction and adoption of new solutions. Conduct training sessions and provide support during and after the tool introduction. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the project team. Collaborate on creation of a product road map based on the defined requirements and priorities. Liaise with IT technical teams, product owners, and business users to deliver updates and report projects progress.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field. 8+ years in IT project management and proven experience in managing complex large scale IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Proven ability to lead and manage specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural teams. Good understanding of IT Service Management technologies. ServiceNow experience is a plus. Knowledgeable about Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, incl. experience with agile project management tooling. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and users. Experienced in Change and Roll-out Management related to new technologies with global scope. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions. Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills. High intercultural experience (working across teams globally). Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
