SUMMARY

Secure Public Cloud Services is looking for new team member!

As a Secure Public Cloud Services Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute projects delivering new Public Cloud services and technologies. You will be working with experts of the Cloud technology, Onboarding Consultants as well as Business Units colleagues.

TEAM INTRODUCTION
The team provides Technical Product Delivery function within the Secure Public Cloud Services team. We ensure projects are delivered on time and with great quality - every single project, every day.

The team is focused on project management of Secure Public Cloud Infrastructure, Onboarding of new Business Services to Secure Public Cloud, Presales Support during consultancy phase and Post delivery project support where necessary. We lead projects and track delivery, collaborating with experts of the Cloud topic

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead a cross functional team to deliver technical project requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Project Stakeholder Management and Meetings, ensuring all parties are informed on schedule and progress
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project team members, aligning to project requirements
• Track and provide project status reports (progress, budget, time, risk, issue)
• Coordination of change requests and test/production implementation
• Conduct Post Project Evaluation and Lessons Learnt for continuous improvement
• Manage and track Project Finance - ensuring budget is tracked accurately and deviation reported on timely manner
• Provide support during Presales phase, review project scope and advice where necessary
• Review, Propose and Lead improvement initiatives in the areas of project management or change management processes to achieve efficiency

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
• >6 years working experience in Technical Project Management or Project Delivery role

• Experience in delivering or leading infrastructure projects is mandatory
• Has knowledge of and experience in onboarding services onto Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/Google)

Good communication skills, customer oriented, an active contributor to teamwork

Sensitive to cultural differences

• Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality
• Strong in information acquisition and analysis, constructive challenge, building, and managing partnerships, flexibility and stress management
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English for both written and oral

WHAT IS THE PLUS POINT (S)

• ITIL Foundation/ Certification
• Certification in Project Management courses (PMP, Prince2, SCRUM/Agile courses)
• Knowledge in Azure or Google Cloud Services an added bonus
• Well verse in Risk and Issue Management procedure
