Job Summary

We are hiring a

Senior Project & Operations Executive

with strong experience in

web/digital agencies

. This role involves managing website development projects, coordinating digital marketing deliverables, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

You must be confident handling clients, tracking timelines, and coordinating designers, developers, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate

website development projects

from briefing to launch. Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify details, and provide progress updates. Coordinate digital marketing deliverables (social media posts, reels, stories, videos). Track timelines, deliverables, revisions, and project progress. Prepare documentation, meeting notes, project summaries, and follow-ups. Work closely with designers, developers, and digital marketing teams. Support operational tasks such as scheduling, procurement, and project organisation. Assist the Management Team to ensure consistent, smooth, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years

working experience in a

web/digital agency

.

Experience managing website/app development projects

-- coordinating with designers and developers, tracking progress, understanding workflows, and handling client requirements.

Experience coordinating digital marketing deliverables

, including social media posts & reels/stories.

Experience working in a web/digital agency

handling website or digital projects. Strong organisational skills, multitasking, and follow-up discipline. Good documentation skills (writing summaries, notes, reports). Positive, responsible, and proactive working attitude. Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Puchong studio.

Nice to have (optional):

Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.)
