Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Planner to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our complex, mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive master project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor and track project progress, performing regular schedule updates and baseline maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure schedule integration and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, schedule analysis, and variance reports for project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential schedule risks, delays, and opportunities, developing effective mitigation and recovery plans.
• Support project controls functions by providing critical schedule data for performance measurement and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience working on data center or other mission-critical facility projects is essential.
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Strong skills in MS Project and advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of data center construction methodologies, sequencing, and MEP systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
