Senior Property Maintenance Technician cum admin assistance



We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Senior building Property maintainence Techinian.



Requirements:

Experience: 5 years in building maintenance & repairs.


Skills : Understanding hand-on plumbing, electrical, aircon & building repairs


Knowledge: Computer literate MS office and Excel (compulsory)


Resposibility : To ensure that property owners' complaint is being handled in a professional and polite manner. Monitor and supervise on any maintenance /service work Handling miscellaneous repair, installation, and maintenance Attend to complaints from owners/tenants able to carry out hand-on building maintainence and repairs works Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Property Manager/Management


Location : Ampang, Pandan Jaya, Pandan Indah, Pandan Mewah


(near Hopital Ampang , Pandan Mewah )



Wages : Rm2,200 - 3,500 / month
