Job Purpose This position is responsible for providing consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas that meets the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s standards of cleanliness and presentation. Reporting Lines Key Interactions Internally \xc2\xb7 Engineering \xc2\xb7 Finance \xc2\xb7 Front Office \xc2\xb7 F&B \xc2\xb7 Kitchen \xc2\xb7 Talent & Culture Externally \xc2\xb7 Guests Primary Responsibilities Operation \xc2\xb7 Attend daily briefings and takes on daily assigned tasks \xc2\xb7 Understand the difference in guest levels (VIPs) and Room Categories \xc2\xb7 Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedures \xc2\xb7 Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to \xc2\xb7 Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor \xc2\xb7 Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness \xc2\xb7 Maintain a section room report as well as a daily productivity report \xc2\xb7 Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately \xc2\xb7 Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Report unusual behavior/activities in guestroom, floors/ public areas to Supervisor \xc2\xb7 Record room status in allocated section accurately \xc2\xb7 Carry out valet services when required (e.g. delivery of linen, processing laundry orders) Other Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures \xc2\xb7 Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management \xc2\xb7 Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times \xc2\xb7 Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships him/ Main Complexity/Critical issues in the Job \xc2\xb7 Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests.
