• Provide initial design concepts to Publishing Project Managers and Sales team for approval
• Source out and provide design directions to freelance designers.
• Work on requests for file transfers, FTP access, photo library options and online proofs.
• Provide quality checks to maintain a smooth flow of production for print jobs before it is sent off for print production according to job specifications.
• Communicating with printers based on job specification and checks for accuracy before mass production.
• Checks proofs via hardcopy or softcopy based before and after it has gone to print.
• Routine administration work: Maintain CD Library to ensure files are recorded completely for each project.

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Design in the Publishing/ Printing Industry.
• Team player that will work closely with peers to achieve company goals.
• Independent, self-motivated, good communication skills, analytical, mature, proactive and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Good working knowledge of PC and strong skill in Microsoft Excel.
