Job Responsibilities

Provide material support for ongoing production activities. Coordinate with the Production Planner on material requisitions and purchase order (PO) issuance. Review long lead-time items for confirmed customer orders and release orders accordingly. Generate and release purchase orders based on ERP shortage reports. Follow up on PO confirmations, backlogs, and open POs. Prepare monthly material status reports and highlight exceptions to the Manager. Perform physical goods receiving and system transactions; generate incoming inspection reports for sub-out orders. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification. Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in a metal, plastic injection, or manufacturing environment. Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin, and skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, high integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
