Purchasing cum Inventory Assistant

1. Establish proper system for Warehouse

2. Responsible for inventory management of warehouse. Need to do physical arrangement of the goods

3. Responsible for the accurately received storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods on

a timely basis for Sg Buloh Warehouse

4. Assist all purchasing activities

5. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

6. Physical stock verification, and preparation of monthly stock statements/reports as

per timeline.

7. To match and verify supplier invoices/delivery orders against submission of all

invoices.

8. Ensure timely submission of all invoices and delivery orders to Finance Department.

9. Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current

supplies.

10. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most

cost-effective contracts and deals.

11. Coordinating with the project team and following up on delays or orders that have

been rescheduled.

12. Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support operations

13. To do proper filing for the both purchasing and warehouse

14. Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree/Masters in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to Preferably 1 year of working experience or 1 year project management
experience in retail industry.

Experience in dealing with contractors, suppliers Must have good budgeting and general math skills. Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
