1. Handle purchasing activities for construction materials and heavy machinery spare parts, including sourcing, quotation, price negotiation, and issuing purchase orders.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
3. Coordinate closely with warehouse, site teams, and relevant departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and resolve any arising issues.
4. Manage and respond to ad-hoc purchasing requests from internal departments.
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases and prepare reports for internal tracking and analysis.
6. Assist in cost control initiatives and propose improvements to the procurement process.
7. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
8. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
