Job Description

Review material requisition from site and verify data before proceeding. Source and compare quotations from multiple suppliers. Ensure supplier pricing matches tender budget; recommend best value options. Monitor and follow up on delivery status; prioritize supplier delivery over site collection. Compile documentation (PO, ROM, DO, Invoice) for each project and assist in costing sheet preparation. Communicate with suppliers on routine order status. Includes responsibilities under the company's QMS and ABMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 37001).

Minimum Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Business, Purchasing, or equivalent. At least 3-5 years' experience in construction or relevant industry. Fluent in Oral Mandarin and Malay (required for daily communication with counterparts).
